Dylan is a very calculating man. He is cautious and always act as strategy for his teammate. He even order and schdule General Russell around. His personality also lead him to Death. .
History[]
Dylan as a teenager, He is a teengaer fighting in the war zone against Akuma. He try many method but unable to kill Akuma. General Russell come to the battlfield and end the 4 continuous year battle. The innoncent he bring around with him actually react to Dylan. Russell then brought him in.
Plot[]
Dylan instruct his innocent to be customize as his ideal. His most notable Mission is corner the Millenian Earl several Time. He able to calculate and guess where Millenium Earl is. He Strategize several Assault on the Earl but he simply too powerful to win.
He later found out the second Exorcitst program but trying to stop it. He is later kill by Central and Use in the Program.

Wrap Trap - Upon activation, it can place a seal on location, Akuma who activate it get wrap by Vine
Blade Trap - Upon Activation, It can place a seal on location, Akuma who activate it get Slash by a Chain Saw.
Wall Trap - Upon Activation, It can place a seal on location, Akuma who activate it get crash by Wall.
Hole Trap - Upon Activation, It can place A Seal on location, It can teleport who ever step on the seal. to another seal location.
